Just got my hair cut at the Hair Factory by the aforementioned Amy, and I have to say, I literally don't know what 'Hip N Fit' (...seriously?) is talking about. Amy was awesome, cut my hair perfectly, and had me laughing the whole time with her great personality. I can't remember the last time I left a tip that big. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend her to anyone else.
This place is the best, we have been going to Hair Factory for years. Joanna, Kim and staff are the best. Try them you will return for sure.
I went to the Hair Factory today, for the first time, and i wanted to get a pixie cut with side bangs, for the first time, also. I was nervous, because ive never gotten a pixie cut before. Chad, the hair stylist who did my hair, was AWESOME! He was really nice, and made my hair even awesomer than i thought it would be. I showed him two pictures of the haircut i wanted, (front and back), and he told me what he was doing to my hair while he cut it, which reassured me the hairstyle i picked would be good on me. My mum and my little sisters and brother came into the salon with me, so my mum could pay for me, and they sat in the car while Chad did my hair. Honestly, if i had paid after i had my hair done, instead of before, I would have given Chad a big tip- this is totally the best hair salon I have ever been to in my life, and I would highly recommend it to everyone. The Hair Factory, and it's staff, is totally AWESOME!!!!!!!
Very professional and friendly staff. I usually see Amy who is very friendly, helpful, and flexible with her schedule. If you are looking for a good group of people to cut your hair and share some laughs with, look no further.
