This is a great homegoods store. It has everything you need for a perfect home. I come and get stuff here every time I am in the States. The staff however are horrible - unhelpful, arrogant and completely insular. Even the manager doesn't know how to deal with out of country returns. Not pleasant. I hope someone from head office can coach them properly. This is not right for such a big brand.
