I love Hair Excitement. It's the only place I go to get the color and cut to make me feel rejuvenated.
Absolutely disgusted with my experience. I gave one star because it's required. This is my second time being there, I was in two months ago to get my son a hair cut and was very pregnant. I had a c section approximately 13 days ago. I went in to purchase a tanning package and was denied because "I'm pregnant", when I told the lady I wasn't pregnant anymore and had my baby already she told me to come back and talk to the manager tomorrow because she didn't feel comfortable selling me a package. Not only was she rude, she did this while a customer was in another stylist chair which is beyond unprofessional. I will be calling to speak to the manager tomorrow, and I WILL NOT be buying a package from these people I will gladly take my business somewhere else.

Talk about embarrassing. Even if she did feel uncomfortable, she didn't have to make me feel that way too. She looked like she was having a bad day, not my problem don't take it out on your customers. I will never ever ever spend another dime at that place.
Have been going here for about 4+ years now. Very friendly environment. Have never had an issue with any of the service/product they sell. If you don't like how they styled/cut your hair, speak up. The ladies there do everything they can to make sure you love the way you feel.
Sam did an amazing job with my hair! All over color and foil and the end result was perfect. I will definitely go back again. While doing my hair, she offered waxing my upper lip and eye brows and even explained the tanning options. I can not say enough good things about my experience. The salon was clean and bright, very inviting. I was greeted the moment I opened the door. My entire time there I felt special. Great job Gilford Hair Excitement. I will be back!
