Then I tried to return the light bulbs I thought might fit. Spent another 20 mins in line .......only for other customers to be helped before me .....???????
The young man who works in lawn and garden center was most helpful he help me load up rocks it was over 86 degrees the best this men mostly will be a manager someday.
I had a very good experience in the store. The older gentleman that works in design had to help us but did a great job! We bought from this store because of your appliance lady, she knows her stuff and offers GREAT advice. The breakdown once again comes down to your delivery service. I was scheduled for 7-9. Got the apology call at 9:10. He really sounded sorry. BUT I've been up since 6, LOWES set the time, it's not too much to ask that you show up on time. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT is the " installation". How dare you charge me to incorrectly "install " my appliance! It became painfully apparent that these guys have NOT BEEN TRAINED when he informed me that they do not install stabilizer bar. They had removed mine. It is mentioned in the paperwork, when I asked about it was told not done. If they had raised the legs as per installation instructions it would've fit. But. Instead. They unwrapped it shoved on the plug and shoved it in the space. I have before and after photos from installation of husband correctly installing. This Lowe's seems to charge for installation that they aren't even partially training their employees to do.
Contracted to have a whole house generator installed. About 7 weeks latter electricians show up with generator, they place it in the back yard, drill a hole through the house and dig a trench from the generator to the house. Then they leave. They left cigarette butts and screws on the driveway. I called Lowes several days latter to find out what the status is, I find out the Lowes outside coordinator (person I signed the contract with) is no longer at Lowes. I'm told to contact the electricians directly. I do that and they tell me they are waiting to hear from the plumber concerning installing the propane line. A week goes by and no word back. Another week goes by and I call Lowes, they tell me again again to contact the electricians directly! I went through Lowes for this project so that I could avoid dealing with contractors. It is now 2 1/2 months since I contracted with Lowes and the job is unfinished. Had to give one star in order to post.
3dp is awful. Non delivery. Blantantly lied to me several times.
My Lowe's in NH. Recently started using 3dp delivery out of Georgia.
Purchased a bathroom fan/light here. It did not include the light bulbs. Went back to spend around an hour looking for light bulbs to fit the bathroom fan. No one could really give me an answer whether they carried the item..... so you sell this utilitech with no light bulbs included nor do you carry the light bulbs for it.
I like my Lowe's a lot. But this delivery service is the worst. .
