I did call the customer service number several times and they said there was nothing they could do for me. I called again after your response and again, no help
A nightmare first and last time i will rent from budget going back to uhaul
Horrible experience. Given broken equipment, compensated with free days which I was charged for. Company is very deceptive about what they actually will charge you for. Speedometer on truck didn't work. The man in the Laconia office was very nice but the manager still hasn't contacted me regarding the money Budget charged me. Customer service is overseas and is completely useless. Pay the extra and go with Uhaul.
