Staff is always friendly. A lot of new faces but that's what the store needed. Everyone seems happy to be at work which makes for a pleasent visit. Kudos to the new management(I got to meet the new store manager who is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor!), store is clean and always smells amazing!
Its one of tge smaller petco i have been in. The staff there didnt ask if i needed help. And the one staff member i found was cleaning the fish tanks. Im giving it an ok rating because im hoping if i do go ok it wont be on a holiday
It's petco. Same as every other petco. Staff is normally friendly and helpful, the store is normally clean, and the shelves are normally stocked and fronted. On rare occasion none of these things are true. So, basically a petco.
Always has the best outfits nice people working there. I hope the new one in North Conway follows in their paw prints
