Slow service, never done in the time it says it will be, staff are none too bright. Pizza is good but only worth it when there is a 50% off deal going on.
I arrived to pick up my order, and one of my pizzas was missing its toppings. Turns out the delivery driver must have accidentally taken it out with him/her. The manager came over, apologized, put a credit on my account AND offered me the extra pizza, free of charge. Thats how you do 100% customer service, we will definitely be back.
I love Papa Gino's pizza but this restaurant needs a good old fashioned cleaning. The tray under the grated cheese has not been cleaned in ages. The walls are filthy. The people in there are super friendly and I will continue to go with the hopes of improvement.
Realy good pizza and the Subs are good too. Have tried the pasta and it ok.
The all you can eat for $5 is an amazing deal. I usually got the spaghetti and it was consistently good. The pizza was very good (especially when compared to a place like Ceecees). Would definitely recommend for people looking for a great priced dinner to fill you up!
